Huang Qunhui, research fellow, graduated from the Department of Industrial Economics unGraduate School of CASS, and received his PhD degree. He is now the director and a researcher of the Institute of Industrial Economics at CASS, and engaged in research on industrial economics and enterprise management. 

From July 1991 to September 1996, Huang Qunhui taught at Hebei University of Economics and Business and served successively as; the Director of Teaching and Research Section under the Industrial Economics department, and Vice President and associate professor of the School of Market Economy; from July 1999 to January 2007 he did research in the Institute of Industrial Economics at CASS, and worked successively as the deputy director, director, assistant to director and researcher of the research office; from January 2007 to October 2011, he engaged in scientific research management in the Bureau of Scientific Research Management, CASS, and served successively as Academic Secretary, Director of Studio of the Academic Division of Economics, the assistant to Director of the Academic Division of Economics, Acting Deputy Director and Deputy Director; from October 2011 to November 2013, he served successively as Deputy Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Industrial Economics, CASS, and held concurrent posts as Vice Chairperson and Managing Deputy Director-general of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration; from November 2013 till now, he worked as Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics, CASS, and chief editor of China Industrial Economics and Economic Management Journal. Since 2008, he began to enjoy a special allowance awarded by the State Council. In 2013, he was elected to the National Hundred-Thousand-Ten thousand Talents Project and was awarded the honorary title of “National Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions”.
